The third episode will start with a conversation with Kenny. His attitude (and what he says to you) is closely related to the decisions you took in the previous episodes. Your first response does not matter, but the next one does. The topic of leaving the motor inn in the RV will come back again, and Kenny will agree with you only if you choose (2). After selecting the answer you will regain control over Lee.
1. 'Yeah, we've been talking about it but you made up your mind yet?'

While you can try to climb the Ladder to get on the trailer on the left, or climb on the Wrecked Car on the right, none of these things will be successful. You can also look around and notice some Debris Under Truck, the Windows to the right and left of the military jeep standing on the left, a Barrel, the Rubble on the left side by the pharmacy windows and in the foreground in the street.

Go back to the jeep and take a look at the Winch Control. After looking at it, you'll be able to use it. Now, the conversation will go back to whether at the end of the second episode you participated in taking the supplies from the abandoned car and Clementine's reaction to it.
Then climb on the jeep. In the meantime, Kenny will ask you about the events that took place in the first episode, when the zombies attacked Duck and Shawn. As it turns out, Duck is blaming himself for Shawn's death. Your answer will have an impact on Kenny.

Take Kenny's hand (Grab: Kenny) to climb up. Kenny will drop you down because of the injury he sustained in the previous episode. Reply what you want and then try again. Suddenly, you will hear a woman scream. You cannot save her. Kenny suggests leaving the girl alive, so that the zombies will focus their attention on her, not you. Lee wants to end her suffering and shoot her. Respond what you want, and then take the first tough decision in this episode.

- Leaving the girl to be prey to the zombies.
If you want to shoot the girl, simply aim at her and shoot. Do not try to shoot the zombies and think that you can shoot them all, because Kenny will get angry at you, and eventually you will be forced to leave the girl anyway. But if you want to do it yourself, just exit the screen.
The result of your decision will be the amount of time that you will have to gather the supplies. If you left the girl in one way or another, there will be much more time (enough to take all the items). If you shot her, you'll have considerably less time and you'll need to hurry up.
[PANIC EVENT: START]
As soon as you regain control of the main character, start to collect all kinds of items. Take the Medicine Box, Medicine Bottle, Supplies, Energy Bar. There are five items on the floor, including the one in the trash, two on the shelves on the left and one on the shelf on the right. If you have already collected all the eight items, immediately look ('go') to the right to get to the next part of the pharmacy.
In the box there are three items, to the right of the box there's one while on the shelves above three. Take it all (seven items) and then go right to the next part of the pharmacy.
Take the item from the counter, and then quickly push the Shelf to open it. Inside there are four items. If you go right now, you'll get back to the first place with the supplies. But if you have already collected them all (there are twenty items altogether), Lee will admit it and you'll find yourself in the further part of the chapter automatically (or it will happen if you simply run out of time). You will see a message indicating the number of the items you've gathered. It's time to get away from this place.
(1) Look to the right and jump over the Counter.
(2)Lee will be crushed by the door. Press the button shown on the screen and don't worry about the screen getting more and more red. After a while, you will watch a scene in which Kenny will run up to you to help, or will look in the other direction - depending on whether you helped him kill Larry in the second episode, or tried to save Larry.
(3) In both cases, however, what will happen next is the same - continue to press the button shown on the screen until the next one appears. Press it once to get free.

(4) Look slightly to the right and tip over the Fridge to block the passage. You have only a few seconds to do it so do not delay. Although the screen will not get red here, the zombies can still get you.

(6) Hit him in the chest twice. The first time will be a little harder to aim since the opponent moves constantly.
(7) The last thing to do is to keep pressing the button shown on the screen while grappling with the pilot. Then press the next button once to push the zombie away on the rubble.
