The only exception is that Shanky weapons like daggers get a bonus Brawl attack if your Wrestle roll beats their AC - win or lose. Sometimes it's better to wrestle an armoured foe and shank him in the ribs rather than keep plinking away at his armour, especially if he's got a larger weapon that can't be used to Brawl. It have short cool down negative side: after you done with 3 hit combo your character will stand for bit leaves you open the get DMG to hit the counter ATK, the counter ATK have low range and miss often also the DMG not worth it, Also its annoying to use in PVE because you will stop over and over Havoc Bomb. Is there some way to introduce that functionality within a macro?

Dual wield = Heavy 1 target damage, Low AoE
2H = Heavy AoE , Low 1 target

actually, Dual wielding has more AoE than 2 hander in whirlwind and hidden blade has a morph that turns it into an aoe dmg / snare..Roll
2 handers are all about cleave damage and don't even have an AoE attk
That being said, its becoming very difficult to choose which weapon I will be equipping. Seeing as I am rolling Dark Elf I will be focusing primarily on my magicka skills for dps / CC. While choosing a weapon primarily for the passive bonuses and utility. So for tanking my obvious choice would be 1 hand and shield for the purposes of obtaining the passives from the skill line. but for soloing/questing/dps/pvp it becomes a much harder choice.
Funny how I kept switching between the two in Skyrim as well...
From what I have seen looking over enchanting and itemization in later game, I think dual wield will end up being better as you can have 2 sets of stat bonuses and enchants in hand at same time. .

I find Dual wield to be very quick to kill with not much utility and no real intriguing passive bonuses. It is fast and flurry hits very very hard.

2 hander offers a bit more utility in the way of charge/stuns/snares I could see it being much more appropriate for a PVP build. If you are considering using the dragonknight skill lines as your primary skills, I would almost be certain that 2 hander may be good to use due to its heavy utility. What we really want to focus on is passive skill lines in the weapon trees, are dragonknight abilities are far superior to weapon skill lines and what we really want to be taking from weapon skills is to see how the passives are balancing out our general dragonknight build..
